I throw monkey bones on the blue print and the spirits of my ancestors give me the tolerances. Then I proceed to use a hammer to bend the metal on the floor.

We have folks that start with no skill and enter our training programs and we also have highly skilled welders and CNC operators.

Pay varies depending on skill level.
We offer competitive wages, medical, dental and eye insurance (we pay 80%), quarterly profit sharing, paid vacations, paid holidays, end of year bonus, retirement match and more!

The line of communication between office and shop floor is quite short everyone is a team player and a moving part.. I moved from Florida for this job and it has been a great experience.
