I’ve had Deljo Gold Star for close to 10 years and find that they are reliable (which is crucial in our weather), consistent, technically astute, patient (explain everything). They are a business after all and sometimes may be guide towards a replacement when it’s not time yet, but they have never been pushy; the explanation is always based on facts and metrics. I highly recommend them and their Gold Star program.
