I give Tim’s Towing the TOP rating in customer service!!! I spent four hours in a restaurant parking lot yesterday waiting on Hyundai Roadside Assistance. I finally got smart and just called Tim’s Towing (their web site looked professional). Marcie was sympathetic and professional. When the tow truck arrived I assumed (incorrectly) it was from Tim’s. It was the long lost guy from Hyundai. Marcie had charged my credit card but when I called this morning she had already reversed the charge and said she hoped my day went better than yesterday. I enthusiastically recommend Tim’s Towing! And do NOT recommend Hyundai Roadside Assistance.

The crew at Tim's Towing and Recovery were amazing! They made the process simple, they were professional and punctual, and able to get our truck and loaded trailer both back home for us. Highly recommend them for any roadside or recovery services you may need!
